By creating an account or using gamifyEDU (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. The Service is designed for educators, instructors, and course creators.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the games, questions, and other content you create on the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• Upload content that is infringing, obscene, defamatory, or hateful.
• Attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. AI-generated content

The Service may use AI to generate game content based on your prompts. AI output may be inaccurate or inappropriate; you are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before using it with students.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from account settings.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, gamifyEDU and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
